Crossing the finish line always gives me butterflies!
But the cherry on top is that it makes me feel on top of the world. Like I am in full control over my life, and the choices I make.
It puts me in a mindset of victory, and nothing seems too hard or far off when I compare it to crossing the finish line at a marathon.

It’s more than just running, it’s how I’m disciplining my body and taking responsibility for my health.
