Not all fathers are present, but those that are, need to be celebrated and honored. I’m honoring my dad for raising innovators, trailblazers, black industry professionals, and young black excellence. He did all of this as a widowed parent!
My sister and I were raised by a widowed young man who was left with two daughters aged 5 and 3. I think he has done a great job uDaddy. I am a Certified Commercial Forensic Professional and my baby sister is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, she bagged two degrees before the age of 25 👏
Even as we’ve grown up, our father remains our best friend. We fight, laugh, and have a good time.
